SessionFest 2018 – June 8th to June 11th.

This is a festival where you create the event, the atmosphere & the music!
When – Starts Friday June 8 @ 5:00 pm – Monday June 11 @ 2:00 pm
Where – Morisset Showground, Morisset NSW 2264. Access via the M 1 Motorway.
Camping – fees paid directly to the Caretaker on arrival. $20/night Unpowered sites, $25/night for Powered sites. A site includes 2 persons.(A small fee for each additional person on a site.) Bookings not essential, however if you wish to secure a powered site you should contact the Caretaker in advance.
Festival Fee (separate to the camping fees) – A small admin fee applies to assist in covering venue hire costs etc to be paid on arrival to the SessionFest Officials. Those 16 years & under are not required to pay this fee.
If you Register for SessionFest in advance via firstname.lastname@example.org the Donation is $10/per person for the weekend. If you don’t pre-register the Donation is $12/per person.
Day Trippers – A Donation of $5 per person per day is requested to the SessionFest officials on arrival.
Amenities: Great undercover venues, hot showers, plenty of water & powered sites, communal session fires, some cooking facilities available eg jug, toaster, jaffle iron etc. Soups & mulled wine available on Saturday night for a gold coin donation.
Programme: Theme concerts Saturday & Sunday nights, blackboard concerts during the days & some workshops. The rest of the time is yours to session. Wristbands will be issued and must be worn to attend any venue or activity. Session etiquette applies.
Important Rules: Keep off the Trotting Track. Only cross at designated crossing. No Glass on the Oval. All dogs to be kept under control and on a lead. Respect and comply with any instruction from the Caretaker. If you have a problem please talk to one of the coordination team. There will be other Groups camping on the site so please pay due regard to their safety and comfort. You must take full responsibility for the security of your camp site.
Assistance Welcome: There are many tasks that need to be carried out in order to ensure that the Festival runs smothly. Your help will be apreciated to set up and pull down the equipment required to ensure the smooth running of the event. Keep the site tidy and chip in where ever and when ever you can.
