Newcastle and Hunter Valley Folk Club meet on the first Saturday of the month at 150 Beaumont St Hamilton at the Wesley Church Hall.
Club entry prices are $14 adults, $12 con and $10 members unless advertised otherwise. Children under 16 are free.

Fergusson
A one time member of popular Australian folk band the Creel, Fergusson has returned to the Folk world with a brand new album “Sam” and is currently touring the country. Having played at all the major festivals including: Woodford, The National, Port Fairy and the Blue mountains, Fergusson is playing at a host of venues now as a solo artist and has already been critically acclaimed for his prowess with the Irish Bouzouki, as well as his unique blend of folk and contemporary acoustic styles.
Fergusson is a solo artist playing acoustic, original music with a folk genre, appealing to younger audiences with fresh material and a traditional Irish Bouzouki. By adding loops and stompbox for rhythmic drives, he creates a unique sound.
